Meeting Information The Hertford County Board of Commissioners meet twice a month:
the first Monday of each month at 9:00 A.M. the third Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M.
The meetings are held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room in County Office Building Number One - Room 222 - which is located next to the County Manager's Office. The agenda and package material for the County Commissioners' Meetings are prepared by the Office of the County Manager. The following procedure is followed by those who wish to place an item on the agenda for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners: Present the request to the County Manager's Office along with all pertinent information and documentation no later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday prior to the regular meeting.
